Delete your Elysium account

This page is for the Elysium app and the Elysium website (elysium, published by Elysium). It explains how to delete your account, what is removed, and what we are obliged to keep.

The fastest way, if you can sign in.

Open the app, or go to your account.
Sign in.
Scroll to Close my account.
Read what will be erased and what stays. Confirm with your password.

Nothing is deleted immediately. You have 14 days to change your mind, and you can cancel from the same page at any point in that time. We email you when the request is made and when it is carried out.

Deleting some data without closing the account

Anything else

The full detail is in the Privacy Policy. If a request is not answered within 30 days, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
