Delete specific data

For the Elysium app and website. Use this to remove particular things while keeping your account. To remove everything, see delete your account.

Photographs you attached when reporting a problem with an order.

  1. Open your account → Orders.
  2. Open the order and its claim.
  3. Remove the photograph.

Deleting removes both the file and the record of it — nothing is left in storage. A photograph attached to a claim that is still open cannot be removed while it is being used to decide that claim; close or withdraw the claim first.

What cannot be removed on request

Orders, balance movements and refunds are accounting records that the law requires us to keep. They are stripped of your identity when you close your account, and deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
