Shipping Policy

1. How long an order takes
Two things happen in sequence: the item is made, then it travels. Made-to-order items need production time first, typically two to four days depending on where they are produced. Stock items skip that step.
Each product page shows an estimated delivery time for your destination, and the checkout confirms it before you pay.
2. Orders arriving in several packages
An order with items made in different places ships as several packages, each with its own tracking number and its own estimated date. Your account shows each package separately, with what is inside it and where it has reached. Part of an order arriving days before the rest is normal and is not an error.
3. Where we cannot ship
Some products cannot be delivered to certain countries, for reasons of export control, sanctions, or the maker's own restrictions. Those countries are listed on the product page behind the origin marker, and an order for such an address is refused before payment rather than cancelled afterwards.
4. Addresses
We send to the address you enter. Once a package has been handed to a carrier the address cannot be changed. A parcel delivered correctly to an address you entered incorrectly is not a delivery failure; see the Refund Policy.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract duties or import taxes in the destination country. They are set by that country, not by us, are not included in the price, and are payable by the recipient. Customs inspections can add days or weeks to a delivery.
6. Tracking
Tracking appears as soon as a package is handed over, and updates as the carrier reports checkpoints. A tracking number that shows nothing for a day or two after creation is normal: carriers scan parcels when they reach a depot, not when a label is printed.
7. Lost, late or damaged
Report it from the order in your account. Time limits apply and are set out in the Refund Policy — for visible damage they can be as short as 72 hours, so please look at a package when it arrives.
